Individual service is ideal for you, if you:

    • Have a hunch that alcohol is not the root of the problem, but a symptom or remedy for a profound pain
    • Want to understand why you drink, instead of just focusing on how not to drink
    • Wish to take time to heal the pain instead of just finding a quick fix

In our individual sessions, we will:

    • Take a deep dive to understand your childhood experiences, family relationships, and how these continue to influence you today as an adult.
    • Uncover the pain and suffering that you have been holding in for many years and understand how they influence the development of your alcohol use.
    • Understand how alcohol has served you so far and examining the harm that alcohol has caused you.
    • Move through the pain to discover the possibilities that lie on the other side of suffering.

    About individual service:

    Length: 50 minutes

    Cost: $160
